Sharon is an Irish actress, writer and director. Sharon has recently finished filming Series 2 of the smash hit Catastrophe in which she writes and stars opposite Rob Delaney, premiering 27th October on Channel 4. She reprises her role as Alice Bell in “Todd Margaret” for a third series.


Sharon is currently the creator, writer and executive producer of Divorce, the upcoming HBO series starring Sarah Jessica Parker and Thomas Haden Church. Other recent projects in which Sharon appeared include the Sky series Psychobitches, playing a range of roles from Jane Austen to Boudica to Frida Kahlo. Sharon wrote and directed the award winning 3D short film The Week Before Christmas as part of the Little Crackers strand for Sky. She wrote and starred in the multi award winning Pulling for BBC. Her other acting and writing credits include Bad Management for ABC, with David Spade, Dead Boss, Angelo’s and Bad Sugar. Her film work includes Valiant, Run and Jump, Death of a Superhero and The Borrowers.
