Two summers ago I was tempted into playing a game of street ball. It actually didn’t take much convincing–the sound of a basketball bouncing off the pavement was enough to lure me in.
Last year, after an eight year hiatus between solo albums, Del The Funky Homosapien teamed up with hip-hop indie, Def Jux, to release Eleventh Hour. One year later, Del The Funky Homosapien has another solo album to his name, Funk Man (stimulus package), and is giving it out for F-R-E-E!
Even though a Mike Tyson documentary, Tyson, was just released last week, and Jamie Foxx is currently promoting his film, The Soloist, there is already talk of the multi-faceted actor portraying Iron Mike in an upcoming biopic.
Matt and Kim’s bare-all music video, “Lessons Learned,” not only got a shout-out from the Indie Ear blog this week, but also received a full-page write-up in the New York Post.
