Dig out your old bell bottoms, feather your hair just like Farrah, and head to the basement to watch That ’70s Show when it comes to IFC on October 1st.
Over eight joke-filled, smoke-filled (they weren’t smoking tobacco in those “circle” gab sessions) wise-cracking seasons, the series covered the ups and downs in the lives of Point Place, Wisconsin’s finest high school students as they made their way through school, dating, work, and the awesome music and fashions of the Me Decade.
And when the gang got a little too rowdy, resident adults Red (Kurtwood Smith) and Kitty (Debra Jo Rupp) were there, quick with a hug or, in Red’s case, a well-timed “dumbass.”
Over the years, in addition to bringing the laughs, That ’70s Show launched the careers of Orange is the New Black star Laura Prepon, Topher Grace, Wilmer Valderrama, Danny Masterson and in the cases of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, their marriage, too.
Tune in starting October 1st on IFC and flashback to both the ’70s and one of the most beloved sitcoms in TV history.[brightcove video= “4464112644001” og=”false”/]
