It’s been nearly a year since we lost veteran actor Robin Williams and emotions are still raw. Pouring every ounce of himself into the roles he played, Williams’ work in films like Good Will Hunting and Dead Poets Society have become more poignant in his absence. So it’s not without pangs of sorrow that we watch his final dramatic film performance in the trailer for Boulevard.
In the film, which also features Better Call Saul‘s Bob Odenkirk, Williams plays Nolan Mack, a longtime bank employee and husband out of convenience who meets a troubled teen and confronts secrets about himself that he’s kept buried all his life. Premiering at Tribeca last year, the film was acquired by Starz Digital and is set to be released in theaters July 17. Check out the trailer below.
