Weird Al, Sarah Silverman, Patton Oswalt, Jim Gaffigan Are All Grammy Nominees

When it comes to filling out Grammy Award ballots this year the Best Comedy Album category is like a laugh-out-loud funny version of Sophie’s Choice, because it pits most of our favorite comedians against each other in some sort of comedic Thunderdome. The five nominees this year: Weird Al Yankovic’s Mandatory Fun, Jim Gaffigan’s Obsessed, Louis C.K.’s Oh My God, Patton Oswalt’s Tragedy Plus Comedy Equals Time, and Sarah Silverman’s We Are Miracles. Dear god, don’t make us choose!
While only one can take home a trophy, with this much incredible talent around, we’re all winners — especially if Oswalt and Yankovic battle it out in the aisles of the award show again.
We've fought this battle before, @alyankovic. We will resolve this in February. #Grammys2015: pic.twitter.com/uIwkpwQyaj
