In just a few short days, the 2013 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival kicks off in Manchester, Tennessee (June 13 – 14). Over the course of four days, Bonnaroo will draw 80,000 fans to watch over 120 musical performances from acts as diverse as R. Kelly, Weird Al Yankovic, Mumford and Sons and Sir Paul McCartney, along with comedy, cinema, sustainability workshops and more all on a 700 acre spread in the middle of nowhere in Tennessee.
You might not be aware that this year marks the 10-year anniversary of Bonnaroo’s annual and totally legendary Bonnaroo Comedy Theatre, which is hosted by IFC. To mark the milestone year, the festival has an awesome line up including, in alphabetical order: James Adomian, Cristela Alonzo, Eric Andre, Maria Bamford, Mike Birbiglia, Jerrod Carmichael, Michael Che, Comedy Bang! Bang! with Scott Aukerman and Reggie Watts, David Cross, Kyle Dunnigan, Chris Gethard, Nikki Glaser, Ed Helms’ Whisky Sour Radio Hour, Improvised Shakespeare Company, Jared Logan, Bob Saget, and Daniel Tosh.
While the comedy tent is amazing, we understand that you’re going to want to explore some of Bonnaroo’s other offerings, too. That’s why in the latest installment of Reggie Watts‘ Adventures in Bonnaroo he explores one of the festivals most unique experiences: The Silent Disco Tent.
Watch now and we’ll see you in Tennessee:
