Seven score and ten years ago today the American Civil War started. On Friday, the new season of The Whitest Kids U’Know kicks off at 10:30 p.m. ET. During their final tour the Kids are tackling many topics, including squirrels, precious children, and, naturally, the war on drugs. Specifically, the Civil War on Drugs.
The Civil War was a time of great turmoil in the United States. Brothers wore blue or grey, families torn apart, a country divided between North and South. At the heart of the crisis was a nation struggling for freedom — the freedom to get high. The Whitest Kids U’Know’s Civil War on Drugs follows two young Virginians as they set out to legalize one seemingly harmless, er… herb. Along the way they meet the greats of U.S. history from Gen. Ulysses S. Grant to Bob from Jamaica and try to convince the young nation to put down arms and pick up …well, you know.
Watch the first episode of The Civil War on Drugs now and then tune in on Friday at 10:30 p.m. ET for the premiere of The Whitest Kids U’Know final season:
