Now that the football season is over and we have no legitimate excuse to watch men in very very tight pants bend over (Black Swan re-watches notwithstanding) let’s find you something else to fill the long long hours of winter. Here’s what to watch this week on IFC:
Atom Egoyan’s low key psychological thriller “Felicia’s Journey” is the perfect use of your DVR. It airs at 3:15 p.m. ET. It also airs Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 8:15 a.m. and at 3:00 p.m. ET.
Tell your manservant that you’re carbo-loading, because you are going to need a lot of energy for a long night of television watching. Monty Python’s Life of Brian starts at 7 p.m. followed by Onion News Network, Portlandia, Freaks and Geeks, and Larry Sanders Show. See you on Wednesday!
It’s superstar Wednesday (we won’t make a habit of it). Adam Sandler stops by Judd Apatow’s brilliant college daze comedy Undeclared tonight at 10 p.m. ET. Then Sarah Jessica Parker visits The Ben Stiller Show at 10:30 p.m. ET and doesn’t once mention shopping, Mr. Big or cosmopolitans.
Attention everyone: Bruce Campbell will be gracing the IFC air at 12:15 p.m. ET in Evil Dead 2. Clear your schedule, move Bible study, and hide the chainsaws and watch one of the best movies ever. Groovy.
Since we all know that the zombie apocalypse is coming and we are all doomed (DOOMED), you may as well try to prepare yourself by watching ever possible zombie movie out there. IFC is here to help. 28 Days Later airs tonight at 8 p.m. ET. Watch and learn some tips for fighting the undead.
Lock up your daughters because we are showing every parent’s nice-girl-gone-nightmare in Catherine Hardwicke’s “Thirteen” at 10:15 p.m. ET.
You’ll wish everyday was like Sunday when you see that we’re showing The Ben Stiller Show all day from noon to 3:30 p.m. ET. Here’s some Ben Stiller to keep you warm on those long winter nights:
