Kamaljit Singh Jhooti, better known by his stage name Jay Sean, is a British singer-songwriter, rapper and record producer who is waging a one-man invasion of the U.S. pop charts. After releasing well-received albums in the UK, in 2009, his American debut single “Down” topped the Billboard Hot 100. His American-debut album “All or Nothing,” debuted at #37 on the US Billboard 200. He has worked with artists as diverse as Lil Wayne and purportedly Nicki Minaj and Mary J. Blige are featured on his soon to be released album, “Freeze Time”.
