In 2005 Karl Jacob played one of the lost boys in the now indie horror classic "The Roost." Directed by Ti West, it was this film's success on the festival circuit that brought him together with Joe and Kris Swanberg at South by Southwest.  Living and acting in New York city with his girlfriend and crazy Beliezian Jungle cat Kodamundi, he continues to work in film, theater and television.  In 2008 he produced the short film "Happy New Year," a feature version of which he is currently working on.  Other upcoming feature projects include the film "Objects."  Karl enjoys carrots.
