Carla Gallo was raised in New York and attended the LaGuardia School of Performing Arts before pursuing a degree in Theatre Arts at Cornell University. Besides bringing her authentic college experience to this project, she has appeared in numerous television, film and theatre productions and has been recognized with a Spirit Award nomination for her role as Toni Peck in the independent film "Spanking The Monkey."

Gallo's other credits include the feature "The 24 Hour Woman," and guest-starring roles on the hit television dramas "ER" and "Law & Order." Additionally, her theater credits include "The Little Foxes," "Stigmata," "New Works Festival" and "A Lie of the Mind."
