Rhett & Link
Rhett & Link are a comedy duo consisting of best friends Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal who met in first grade. Hailing from North Carolina, they are best known for their internet videos and have developed an international following through their collection of more than 200 web videos. Their music videos, non-scripted reality videos, and sketches have been viewed more than 90 million times. Self-proclaimed "Internetainers," their commercials have been featured on CNN, BBC, NPR, TV Guide, E! News, TMZ, The Jay Leno Show, Lopez Tonight, Last Call with Carson Daly, and Ellen. Their collection of viral videos includes Facebook Song (8.8 million views), T-Shirt Wars (6.5 millions views), and Fast Food Folk Song (4.8 million views.) They also gained the attention of the mainstream advertising community for their web series, I Love Local Commercials, being featured in Ad Age and Ad Week.
In addition to their web presence, Rhett & Link are also accomplished musicians and filmmakers. In 2010, the duo produced and starred in a national television commercial for McDonalds and Coca-Cola, called T-Shirt War 2, based off one of their internet videos. In 2009, Rhett & Link served as musical correspondents for the Science Channel show Brink. In 2007, the pair served as hosts of the CW's primetime web recap series, Online Nation. Rhett and Link currently reside in Los Angeles and own and operate a video production company called Rhett & Link, Inc.
