Gordon Hunt (as Wally)
Having directed the voices for hundreds of hours of Hanna-Barbera animated series, Gordon Hunt lends his talent to portray Wally, the consummate "follower" and mostly-terrified cohort, in the half-hour animated comedy DILBERT, distributed by Columbia TriStar International Television, a Sony Pictures Entertainment company.
Most recently, Hunt has been a sitcom director, helming episodes of CTIT’s Mad About You, for which he received a Directors Guild of America Award; Frasier; Caroline in the City; Coach; Fired Up; Hudson Street and Partners.
In the acting realm, Hunt has appeared in the feature films Trancers II, Waiting to Act, Crimes of Passion and Starring... the Actors. He also was heard in the hit animated telefilm Hollyrock-a-Bye Baby.
Hunt has also directed plays and musicals at such venues as Lincoln Center and The Mark Taper Form including The Good War starring his daughter, Helen Hunt. At the prestigious Williamstown Theatre Festival, he directed A Little Night Music and Joyce Carol Oates' Black, starring Anthony Edwards.
His other directing credits include the award-winning 12-hour National Public Radio production of Babbit, and The Christmas Witch, an animated half-hour special starring Angela Lansbury, which he also co-produced.
In addition to his DGA Award, Hunt has won four Drama-logue Awards. He also penned the best-selling book How to Audition.
