Chris Kattan is best known for his many characters on NBC's Saturday Night Live, which he joined in March 1996 and completed his seventh and final season in 2003.

With numerous upcoming projects, Kattan can next be seen in the Independent Film Channel's TV three part miniseries Bollywood Hero in which he plays himself in the otherwise fictional comedy.

This fall, audiences will see Kattan will star opposite Patricia Heaton in The Middle, a single camera comedy series, for ABC developed by the creators of Weeds and Pushing Daises.

Most recently, Kattan has wrapped production for The Last Film Festival, a comedy in which he stars opposite Leelee Sobieski, Jaqueline Bisset and Dennis Hopper the comedy Scouts Honor and Hollywood and Wine a romantic comedy which Kattan stars in alongside David Spade, Norm MacDonald, Horatio Sanz and Chazz Palminteri as well as Tanner Hall, the Tatiana Von Furstenberg and Francesca Gregorini directed film in which he plays George Middlewood, a conflicted literature professor opposite Amy Sedaris and Tom Everett Scott and in the comedic thriller Undead or Alive opposite James Denton. Additionally, he provided the voice for the character Polar Penguin in the animated film Foodfight!, which stars the voices of Eva Longoria, Charlie Sheen, Hilary Duff.

Kattan also starred in NBC's Christmas special, The Year Without Santa Clause opposite John Goodman and Ethan Suplee and the VH-1 movie Totally Awesome opposite Tracy Morgan and Dominique Swain.

Kattan received rave reviews for his performance in the independent romantic comedy Adam and Steve, opposite Parker Posey. The film debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival. Other big-screen credits include Universal's Undercover Brother, Disney's Corky Romano, whose script was based on a character Kattan developed; and A Night at the Roxbury written by Kattan and Will Ferrell and produced by Lorne Michaels and Amy Heckerling. Kattan was also seen opposite Brendan Fraser and Bridget Fonda in Monkey Bone and The House on Haunted Hill, opposite Geoffrey Rush, Famke Janssen, Ali Larter and Taye Diggs and produced by Joel Silver and Robert Zemeckis.

Kattan has brought many memorable characters to Saturday Night Live, including: the Roxbury Guys, the half-monkey, apple-eating, dry-humping Mr. Peepers; the gibberish-spouting Suel Forrester; Azrael Abyss, the co-host of the fictional cable access show Goth Talk with Molly Shannon; half of the sex-crazed and often misunderstood couple, the Zimmermans (with Cheri Oteri); and the enigmatic exotic dancer, Mango.

Kattan's numerous impressions on Saturday Night Live included Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates, Antonio Banderas, Al Pacino, Olympic gold medal gymnast Kerri Strug's fictitious brother Kippy, Bono, David Lee Roth, Dylan McDermott and Ricky Martin.
