Arrested Development

Jason Bateman won a Golden Globe® for his portrayal of Michael Bluth on Arrested Development, as well as being nominated for an Emmy® Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Over his 2005 summer hiatus from the series, Bateman filmed two features, The Break Up with Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn, and Fast Track with Amanda Peet and Zack Braff. His additional film credits include DodgeBall, Starsky & Hutch, The Sweetest Thing, Sol Goode, The Ex, The Break-Up, John Hancock, Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, Juno and Teen Wolf Too.

After he impressed network executives with his portrayal of the charming, yet scheming, "Derek Taylor" in Silver Spoons, they created a spin-off, It's Your Move, based on Bateman's popularity. He then starred with Valerie Harper in the Valerie comedy series from 1986-91. Bateman's other television credits include the telefilm Can You Feel Me Dancing?, in which he co-starred with his sister, Justine, as well as Simon, Chicago Sons, George & Leo, Love Stinks and Some of My Best Friends.
