Official Contest Rules

"America's Hottest Rocker Mom" Contest Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to mothers who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Contest void wherever prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with. Employees of Sponsor, Elettro Inc., The Promotion Pipeline, Inc., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, production and promotion agencies, and the immediate families and members of the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Contest begins at 9:00 pm (ET) on April 14, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on May 14, 2009. To enter visit www.ifc.com to create a user name and password and upload an original picture of yourself dressed like a Rock Star. Then complete and submit official contest entry form including name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth and affirmatively indicate acknowledgement and acceptance of these Official Rules and all other terms and conditions governing the Contest.

3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Submission must be an original picture taken of the entrant. No stock photos can be used. Submission must also include answers to the entry form questions as per the directions (e.g. favorite rock song, favorite rock band(s), best rock concert moment, biggest rocker crush, and a statement explaining why the contestant should be chosen as America's hottest rocker mom.) Entrants may upload one new picture per day by submitting them under the same user name and password. All pictures submitted that meet Contest requirements will be judged. Any entry, which in the sole opinion of Sponsor is deemed to be inappropriate for publication will be deemed ineligible. Once a picture is submitted it cannot be changed, altered or modified. Picture (a) must be the original and sole creation of, and all right, title and interest including but not limited to the copyright in the picture must be owned solely by, the entrant; (b) may not have been submitted in any other competition; (c) may not have been previously published; (d) may not infringe upon any third party's rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent or trademarks/tradenames/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray in a false light; (e) may not violate any law, rule or regulation; and each entrant warrants and represents that her picture complies with all of those conditions. Non-complying pictures will be subject to disqualification. Entries cannot contain, the trademark, trade name or logo of any third party (but may contain the trademark, trade name or logo of the Sponsor) and cannot contain any material that is protected by copyright. By entering, each entrant grants permission for the use of the picture, and her name, to be posted on the World Wide Web in connection with this Contest, and the advertising, promotion, and publicity of the Contest, and otherwise, as stated in these Official Rules (as solely determined by Sponsor). All submitted entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. FINALIST SELECTION: Once the Submission is uploaded to the Website (www.ifc.com) and approved by Sponsor, it will be made available for viewing on the Website beginning between 9:00 pm (ET) on April 15, 2009

VIEWERS CHOICE: "Registered members" of the Website will be invited to vote for any Submission by rating the Submission on a scale from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) during the viewing phase. One (1) Submission which receives the highest total number of valid votes on May 14, 2009 will continue in the Contest as a "Finalist". In the event of a tie, Sponsor will determine, in its sole discretion, which of the tied Submissions will advance as a Finalist. Limit one (1) vote per registered member per Submission per day. Votes generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process will be void.

JUDGES CHOICE: All eligible entries will be judged by a panel composed of IFC staff and cast members of "Z Rock" whose decisions are final and binding on all judging matters. Judges will select four (4) Finalists from all eligible entries on or about May 15, 2009. Photos will be judged on the following criteria: Originality (33%); Creativity (33%) and Appropriateness to Contest theme (34%). In the event of a tie, the person among the tied entries with the highest score in Originality is the winner

Finalists will be contacted by phone, email, and/or express mail on or about May 15, 2009. The Finalists and their travel companions will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and return same, properly executed within 7 days of the date on the notification. In addition, each potential Finalist will be required to provide written consent to be filmed prior to, during and immediately after IFC's "America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event (as defined hereunder) and permit the broadcast, publication, or other use of said film footage, in whole or in part, by Sponsor, and those acting on its behalf, for advertising or commercial purposes, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation. Finalists further agree that the Sponsor may elect, in its sole discretion, to not film the "IFC's "America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event, to not use the film footage, or to use only a portion of the film footage. If Sponsor is unable to contact a Finalist within a reasonable period of time after the drawing (as determined by Sponsor), or if a Finalist declines the opportunity to participate in the IFC's "America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event, or is unavailable on the dates specified for the IFC's "America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event, or fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if a Finalist fails to comply with any of the stated requirements, then Finalist's Prize and the opportunity to participate in the IFC's "America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event will be forfeited and an alternate Finalist will be selected.

5. FINALIST PRIZES: Five (5) Finalists will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City to participate in the IFC's "America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event to be held on or about June 3, 2009. Trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) people from a commercial airport nearest Finalist's Continental U.S. residence to New York City, NY; two (2) nights/three (3) days hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by the Sponsor and ground transportation to/from airport Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Finalist Prize: $2,000. Finalist Prize value may vary depending on finalists' place of residence. Specific dates and times for travel shall be designated exclusively by the Sponsor. Each Finalist and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on dates selected by Sponsor (tentatively scheduled for June 3-5, 2009) and must appear at - IFC's "America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event at or before the time specified by Sponsor, or forfeit the opportunity to participate in the "IFC's "America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event. Travel and accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Each Finalist and his/her travel companion may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) at time of travel. Each Finalist and her travel companion are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and other travel requirements. Sponsor will not be responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Finalist Prize, and will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Complete trip details will be furnished with prize notification. All expenses associated with the Finalist Prize travel package not specifically described above shall be the sole responsibility of the Finalist and of her travel companion, including without limitation, local transportation, and food and beverages.

6. FINAL JUDGING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at the IFC's America's Hottest Rocker Mom Contest" Event, the panel of Judges will make the final selection of one (1) Grand Prize winner, based equally on performances in the following categories: Attire: Best Rocker Outfit, Knowledge Rocker Trivia Lyrics: Rock Karaoke Contest; Dance: Show Off you best moves Winner will be notified in person at the Event.

7. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: $5000. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release where permitted, and return same, properly executed, prior to being awarded the prize. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and the decision of the judges. Entries will not be limited, except as expressly provided above. In the event that there is an insufficient number of qualified entries or if the judges determine in their absolute discretion that no or too few entries meet the quality standards established to award the prizes, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prizes.

9. GENERAL: This Contest offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this Contest. Prizes are nontransferable. By accepting any prize, winner consents to the use of their name, photo, voice, and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by Sponsor without further compensation to winner or any other person depicted in photo unless otherwise prohibited by law. Arrangements for the fulfillment of all prizes will be made by the Sponsor. Receipt of any prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Winners of any prize(s) will be solely responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, illegible, misaddressed, or misdirected entries, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of telephone, Internet, computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any telephone or computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and judging will take place from among all eligible entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant if her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Contest. Entries will be considered made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. By submitting an entry in the Contest, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor shall be permitted to use your entry data for marketing purposes consistent with their privacy policies and applicable law. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this Contest, they will indemnify Sponsor from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, Elettro, Inc., The Promotion Pipeline, Inc. their respective directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical, printing, or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials related to the Contest.

10. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11.
