How Helpful Are Endorsements?
Friday, April 4, 2008 | 6:16 PM
Could a nod from Al Gore decide the Democratic nomination? Would an endorsement from Mike Bloomberg help John McCain? Neither of these seem likely right now but, as we've learned, elections are full of surprises. Do endorsements have an effect on voters? Do they have an effect on you?

Endorsements don't have any effect on me. They just are political moves whithin the parties. Basically speaking is "I will support you, but I need a nice cabinet position."
What about the other way around? Any presidential candidate who endorsed Al Franken would stand a good chance of getting my vote! (and I live in Fl. )
Endorsements always have backlash. Hagee,he endorsed McCain>>> Backlash
Canidates can be judged by those endorsing them...Doesn't speak well for either candidate.
Endorsements have no affect? Oh but they do too! Endorsements are very effective especially when it's paid lobbist doing the endorsing. Endorsements come with ulterior motives.
Paid lobbist have the most powerful endorsements, and are very effective costing most Americans higher taxes....
