End of Hillary?

Can she make the argument for superdelegates if she wins the popular vote but is still behind in pledged delegates? What about if she is still behind in both?

I see that things are changing, Al Gore had to deal with a chad on the back of a voting card. I was one of those people that used that kind of a voting experence. I pocked a hole in a ballet for what I wanted as a leader or change in my area. Mr. Al Gore V.P. had to deal with the paper on the back of that vote to fall off without me knowing that I needed to make sure that was done for him. I see that it is so close with these voting elections that all avenues should be tested to win your votes and not just walk away. How can anyone say that it will hurt your party. Non sence, it should make it stronger. It takes a life time to perpare yourself for a chance to run for any office and depending on your age you may not be able to try it again. Change is always in the air for us all , make it your best shot. I feel that for Hillary to take this on is the sign of a true leader, to take this on is hard work as she promises to do if she wins this elections. I don"t know all the annswers, but to move forward is a sign of her strength and history making ability. In GOD we trust to the out come of our election. Thank You

I am looking at the commentators and noticing something. There are ten, nine of which are men. Isn't that odd? Do we live in a world where nine of ten of us are male? So the one woman speaks for all women? We women have-what-one tenth of a voice? Out opinions are worth 1/10th of a man's? No wonder we are discussing whether the only woman candidate in what had been a plethora of male candidates is now being pressured to drop out! Think of it in reverse and tell me that if nine women were discussing with one man whether the only male candidate should drop out--would we even be serious? Well over half of registered voters are women--shouldn't the pendents kinda sorta reflect a variety of female voices? Or is that too independent of a thought?

Here we go....Do you still believe that "we" vote and elect our president?? Our current president was never legally elected in his first term! Chads indeed! Why are our "Choices" for president decided by Iowa and New Hampshire? Why is Clinton still spending millions of dollars campaigning when she can't win, aren't there homeless and hungry people who could use that money? Every candidate who makes it this far is as much a part of the "machine" as our criminally insane president. History tells us that when there is only the poor and the ultra rich..Revolution is the only way to clean house..Gotta broom?

Why doesn't the DNC. just come out on the news and tell the Democrats that even with the super delegates that even if clinton won most of the up coming primaries, which is next to impossible, she will not be nominated. Reason being that Florida and Michigan by not following the rules,of the DNC,they will not be counting the Electrol votes in Michigan and Florida. So the people of those states can only vote in November popular vote. Game over. I am an independent. Because of this i will not be voting for Obama or Clinton. It is shame that millions of voters, will not get electrol votes in those states. I will vote for the republican canidate. The Democratic party is losing me. Thank you.

I have never seen a more ridiculous reason to vote for John Mccain. There are so many great reasons not to vote for him. You can't pretend the electoral voting process of the DNC is the reason you would vote Republican, sixtymin. On PBS's the NewsHour, I recall Shields wrapping up his statements about the Clinton - Obama campaign
in this manner. Instead of pointing out the faults of each other, they should both start attacking Mccain and show the Democrats which would be the best at winning an election against him. I thought I started to see some of that, but then, each campaign still goes extremely negative when the slightest weakness can be found and leads to retaliation mode from the rival camp, instead a constant barrage against Mccain. He is getting a free ride, all the while sucking up to disenfranchised sixtymins and rhetoric that's getting even scarier than WB.

sixtymin: Florida didn't follow the DNC rules because the Florida Republicans passed legislation pushing the primary up....So,the blame game continues, doesn't it?

Both Florida and Michigan have to be included ,otherwise the Democrats face rebellion causing more to cross the line and vote Republican. Most America doesn't realize Obama removed his name from the Michigan ballot. His loss!

Count Florida and Michigan,Hillary leads in both popular and Super Delegates.
United States has 50 states not 48. If the Dems wish to play Roulette ,they will lose big by excluding Florida and Michigan.

Hopefully this will be okay here; Obama just proposed 850 billion dollar bill that will go to third world countries. Problem he faces now is where will the 850 billion come from since promising America's poor to educate, get healthcare and jobs. Taxes ,taxes and more taxes will be implemented.

How can America's poor and middleclass get what he promised if we're paying 850 billion to third world countries?

BobDawg509: Yeah,we vote to say we voted so we can complain. Our vote gives us license to complain, nothing more. Super Delegates, half we have in Texas most have never heard of...How informed we are huh? So we just vote to complain.
