Greetings from the Personal Democracy Forum- a gathering of bloggers, activists, tech entrepreneurs and campaign staffers from the left, right and center. The conference was established by TechPresident's Andrew Rasiej, and this, its fifth year, is by far it's best attended and most publicized. The 2008 election marks a turning point in the power of information shifting into the hands of citizens, providing the opportunity for a new kind of democratic participation. The divergent PDF attendees will put aside partisan issues and policy arguments to discuss how best to harness technology in the service of electoral politics. Stay tuned as we update you on the highlights from today's conversations...
