I just want to send out a special Indie Ear birthday greeting to Guy Picciotto who turns 43 today. Besides being a member of two highly-respected D.C. bands (Rites of Spring, Fugazi), Picciotto has also produced albums for various indie artists including Blonde Redhead and The Gossip.
If you get a chance today, throw on a Fugazi album and eat a piece of vegan birthday cake in honor Guy's special day.
