Two days ago with only two dates remaining on her current tour, Saddle Creek's Maria Taylor was robbed during a tour stop in San Francisco. Thieves broke into her tour van and got away with six guitars, two suitcases, pedals, and a lot of Taylor's merch. If anyone has any information, please send a message to info@saddle-creek.com, as the gear has lots of sentimental value to Taylor.

Not that it will make Taylor feel any better, but I remember back in the mid 90's when thieves in Denver stole Radiohead's equipment. The band never retrieved any of it, but went on to do great things afterwards.

Taylor will finish out the remaning shows woth Jonathan Rice and Nik Frietas by playing with borrowed equipment.
