Last October 31st, Tim Fite treated us to a free digital download of his Halloween-inspired ding dong Ditch EP (as well as re-releasing the previous year's treat, It's Only Ketchup EP). On Valentine's Day, Fite will conitnue the tradition of giving out free music on second-tier holidays by releasing the free digital download of Change of Heart.
