Filed under: HODGEPODGETo give you a blow-by-blow recap (pun soon to be intended) of my winter house cleaning, I am now reorganizing my CD's and have already come across four album covers with dudes getting punched in the face. (top to bottom: Pantera's Vulger Display Of Power, Alice in Chains' Greatest Hits, House of Pain's Same As It Ever Was, and Dropkick Murphys' The Warrior's Code.) In addition to helping me out with my tree query (see post below), if you can help my obsessed brain think of any more album covers featuring knock-out blows, I'd be very appreciative. Thanks!... ME LIKEY: Street Dogs

Filed under: ME LIKEY, NEWS, SOONJust received an advanced copy of the Street Dogs brand new album, State of Grace (no I won't illegally burn it for you). Good stuff! If you don't know, their lead singer, Mike McColgan served in the Gulf War before becoming the founding singer of the Dropkick Murphys in 1996. He left the band in 1998 to pursue his dream of becoming a fire fighter. He served as a Boston fireman until 2002, when he got the itch to play music again. That year he formed Street Dogs.
