Directed by A. R. Murugadoss, Ghajini is an action-heavy Bollywood remake of a 2005 Tamil film inspired by Christopher Nolan's Memento. Aamir Khan stars as Sanjay Singhania, a rich businessman who's suffered from anterograde amnesia since a violent encounter in which his wife was killed. He sets out to avenge her murder with the memory aids of Polaroid photographs and tattoos on his body, and the assistance of a Sunita (Jiah Khan) a medical student curious about his condition. The soundtrack was composed by A. R. Rahman, recent Academy Award winner for his work on Slumdog Millionaire.
