Day 1... DONE!

It was a bit of a rocky start... we were a lot of people in one location, a new crew working together for the first time and parts of three different episodes to nail... BUT... we got it! Our first day is done and in the can (or on the P2 cards). I know every shoot starts slow and I know how good it got once we were in our shooting rhythm but I hate to perform under what I know I can do. Even when we made the day I kept thinking I should have done better at the start.

Also, I gotta remember to turn my phone off when I get home. I have such limited time off the set to sleep before I have to get up and go back to work and I got a couple non-set related calls that woke me up. Not a good thing when you are trying to keep your energy up for the next days shoot... so, to all my friends that want to wish me well... thank you but PLEASE LET ME SLEEP! ;)

Today we are on our first day at the Red Bull facility and we should hit our full stride. I've been blown away by the skill and professionalism of the crew and cast and I know that the more we hit our groove, the better it's going to get. I hope I can keep up with them.
