Comedy Bang! Bang!, Bunk and Portlandia have a few things in common. They are hilarious, they are outlandish, anything goes shows that are always on, and slightly off. This August you will have more show to add to your list of must-watch programming: Bullet in the Face. Bullet in the Face is IFC’s latest addition to our growing roster of original scripted LOL-worthy series. The six-part, half-hour show is part comedy, part action thriller, part cops, part robbers, all funny. Creator and executive producer Alan Spencer (Sledge Hammer!) developed the series with producers and executive producers Jesse Prupas and Evi Regev of Muse Entertainment and Just For Laughs Television. The cast includes Max Williams as Gunter Vogler, Neil Napier as Lieutenant Karl Hagerman, Jessica Steen as Commissioner Eva Braden, and Kate Kelton as Martine Mahler.

But that’s not all, folks! The show also stars Eric Roberts and comic genius Eddie Izzard. Watch him in action in this clip and then keep an eye on the schedule, because come August you’re going to want to watch Bullet in the Face:
