Yes, I’m assuming you haven’t A.) received an advanced copy, or B.) already downloaded a leaked version of The Thermals’ brand new album, Now We Can See. (I know, how old-fashioned of me.)
Anyway, if you haven’t had a chance to listen to their new album yet, it is currently being streamed on their MySpace page, and I gots’ta say, I’m enjoying it very much!

As far as I’m concerned, there are few bands that can seamlessly blend the aesthetics of punk and indie-rock better than The Thermals. In my perfect world, I could see them playing the Warped Tour one night and your favorite Seattle dive club the next.
For those really old-fashioned, you can listen to The Thermals’ Now We Can See when it’s officially released this Tuesday, April 7.
(Troy, do you still not listen to albums before their release date?)
