If you've ever wondered about the corporate structure of IFC (and we're sure there's at least none of you out there who have), IFC the network and IFC Films are fairly separate. IFC Films buys or produces films to distribute theatrically; IFC licenses films to show on air, and, in a more recent development, produces its own original series and documentaries. We only bring it up because Kirby Dick's "This Film Is Not Yet Rated," which opens in New York and LA tomorrow, was originally produced to air on IFC (its network premiere has been pushed back to early next year). Like Rosie Perez's "Yo soy Boricua, pa'que tu lo sepas!" and Lisa Ades and Lesli Klainberg's "Fabulous!
