Waltz with Bashir

"The National Society of Film Critics have named 'Waltz with Bashir' best picture of 2008," reports Stuart Oldham for Variety. "Sean Penn ('Milk') and Sally Hawkins ('Happy Go Lucky') took home best acting honors."
