Im trying to find out the name of an animated film I seen on IFC a couple years back.
The only part that I can seem to remember is a scene on a roof top, a couple men and a hooker.
One of the men ends uo knocking the hooker off the roof and says something like "eh, she had it comming"?
That film is called Heavy Traffic
This is a pretty sweet student film...which had elements of comedy, horror, action adventure, and romance cleverly rolled up into one film...and the production quality was great. The animated scenes in it had everyone in the small theatre laughing incredibly hard...At one point, I thought the vice president of the University was going to cry because she was laughing so hard...you can see the intro here...it's worth your time...

I recall certain scenes from a movie I've seen over 8 years ago and till
this day I'm haunted by them. I believe somewhere in the beginning of the
movie an older teenaged boy confess's his crush for his mother's friend to
his mother whom laughs at the notion. His mother talks to her friend who
finds it amusing and somewhat flattering. One day the teen goes to this womans
house and they begin a conversation that leads them to the stairway where
they discuss family pictures on the stairway wall and their relevence as soon
as they reach the top of the staircase she asks him if he wants to kiss her in
which he does and this is the start of an affair. This woman happens to be
married and is on the verge of a divorce. She has teenaged children of her own
who are not to thrilled moms new love interests especially with a much younger man
There are other scenes with troubled teenage kids one in which the womans daughter is
facing a lesbian relationship in turmoil, very gloomy and on the verge of
suicide.
That movie is "The Graduate".
Thanks for your response but that's not the movie. This movie came out somewhere in the 90s and Dustin Hoffman was nowhere in this movie plus this movie had to be rated MA or R not PG.
I just watched the movie the doorman which is hilarious and has a really unique story line, if anyones interested go to thedoormanmovie.com, its actually really great and such a fun film made by gigantic pictures

Sorry! Spelled sketch wrong. (We are educated.) Not!!!
The movie freebeestud was thinking of is called "Tadpole" with Sigourney Weaver and Bebe Neuworth.
Thanks for your efforts Emily unfortunately that's not the movie I'm referring to. I've seen Tadpole but this was released after 04-06'.This movie dated back to either the late 90s or very early 2000. It was pretty bizarre. I'm hoping one day they'll show it again on IFC.
