INDIE EAR GLOSSARY (Just For You!)
By Jim Shearer on 11/06/2008
Filed under: BLOG BIOSThe Indie Ear Blog (yes, the very one that you're reading right now) has been chugging along for the last nine months or so. In that time we've posted blogs on various different topics, under various different headings. Today, I realized that I've never taken the time to explain what each category actually means. So for your convenience, I've created a Glossary for you. Please Allow Me to Introduce James
By Jim Shearer on 08/06/2008
Filed under: BLOG BIOSJust like pimpin', bloggin' ain't easy. That's why I'm always sniffing around for a good music nerd to lend a helping hand to the Indie Ear cause. Filed under: BLOG BIOSMuch like John Connor in Terminator 3, I've been living "off the grid" of late. Last year I watched all my of co-workers lose their jobs, while I toiled away on a sinking ship trying to sell hand-held video games to impressionable teenage boys--a far cry from what was an endless music-video oasis and a place for musicians to come talk shop about their latest album and tour. I'm not hatin' on anyone--I'm just saying--that's how it went down. After my office was taken away, I was told to sit by the phone and wait for my next assignment. Eventually... MORE »
