Empire Of The Sun's Cinematic Touch

Whew--I'm glad Empire of The Sun's brand new video, "We Are The People" isn't a black and white performance piece.
Australian-based, Empire of The Sun, consisting of Luke Steele (Sleepy Jackson) and Nick Littlemore (Pnau) released their U.S. debut, Walking On A Dream, last week. If their brightly-colored, nothing-less-than-epic album cover was any indication--not to mention that their band name is said to be inspired by J.G. Ballard's novel, Empire Of The Sun (which was later adapted into a film)--Empire Of The Sun are going big.

Their first single/video, "Walking On A Dream" (which has already logged over 4 million YouTube hits) was popcorn-in-hand, cinematic worthy, so it gives me great pleasure to find out that their latest video continues with the same theme:
