...is it pointless to go to a wedding this weekend, slow dancing to Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors" and be-bopping with your uncle's third cousin during the B-52's "Love Shack," when you could just hear both songs live, from their original creators?

Cyndi Lauper and the B-52's (both supporting new releases mind you) are currently out on the True Colors tour (Regina Spektor and Tegan and Sara are also playing many dates along the way).
