IN THE LOOP is the smart comedy and Sundance Film Festival hit from the acclaimed team behind the award-winning BBC TV comedy series ALAN PARTRIDGE and THE THICK OF IT. The film is drawing instant comparisons to great political comedies such as DOCTOR STRANGELOVE, and WAG THE DOG with its razor-sharp, truly laugh-out-loud dialogue the film pokes fun and lampooning of the absurdity and ineptitude of our highest leaders. James Gandolfini, Peter Capaldi, Tom Hollander, Steve Coogan, Anna Chlumsky, David Rasche, and Mimi Kennedy are just a few of the hilarious ensemble of starring actors. The film will open July 24th in NY, LA, San Francisco, D.C., Boston, and Chicago, and is available on VOD starting July 29th.

I think my favorite political comedy would have to be Dave. The movie with Kevin Kline and Sigourney Weaver. The fact that the world could be easily duped,, but what was most funny was when he called Charles Grodin (his accountant friend) to manage the finances of the country and his comment about "who's managing these books,, if I did this I would be out of business",, something to that effect,, very funny movie.

Can I have tickets, please?
