i'd have to say my favorite character is lindsay. she's kinda hot and kinda slutty ... and she's married to a gay guy.

i don't really relate to her, i just like hot, slutty married chicks.

Definitely Maebe. Especially the first season. She was the funniest then.

While my family and friends have never been anywhere near as bad, I totally identify with Michael. There's so much anger and resentment in him, but the love for his family and his commitment to do what's right always wins out. He's what gave Arrested the "Soul" that made that show unique.

It was never stated that Tobias was gay. Despite frequently being put into awkward situations, he was merely over trusting and jolly and he loved his wife.

Though all the characters are lovable, George Michael is the only admirable one in the series, despite his socially frowned upon love interest.

On a side note, Buster and Tobias are my favorite characters :)

Gob is hilarious! but i also love them all; so glad to see the show on IFC.

how could you possibly pick a favorite character. this show had everything. every character was integing and hillarious. the show revolves around Michael and he is great. His dad "pop pop" is great too. Tobias is out-right hysterical. "knuckle buster" or Buster is great too. Lindsay is frustrated because she married a homosexual. that whole scenario is amusing. the only problem with this show is that it was too well written. every show connected with another. it was never able to create new fans. Plus they change the nights that it was on consitantly. there are 2 and a 1/2 seasons on dvd. I purchased those and I watch them every night. To me this is the best show that has ever been on tv. its a shame that it will never be back, I doubt the movie will ever be made either.
