9. Aladdin Was Modeled After Him

Originally, Disney artists based the face of Aladdin on Michael J. Fox, but producers decided Cruise was a more female-appealing model so he was redesigned.

8. He Feuded with His First Co-Star

Cruise’s movie debut was in 1981’s Endless Love opposite Brooke Shields. The pair would publicly argue more than two decades later about Scientology and psychiatric drugs.
