When “Star Trek Into Darkness” stars Chris Pine, Zoe Saldana and Zachary Quinto took to the MTV Movie Awards stage, they brought an awesome new TV spot with them. As can be seen below, it teases that nothing can prepare viewers for the new J.J. Abrams movie.
A different spot that has not yet premiered online showed the full scene of the Enterprise crashing, which has been teased many times in trailers. A slew of awesome character posters have debuted as well, which can be seen below. Hopefully this movie has more than just torment and unhappiness for Kirk, Spock and Uhura, because that looks like it’s all they’re getting based on these posters.
“Star Trek Into Darkness” is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, Karl Urban, John Cho, Alice Eve, Cumberbatch and Bruce Greenwood. The film is slated to hit theaters in IMAX on May 15 and in regular cinemas on May 17. It’s been revealed that over 40 minutes of “Star Trek Into Darkness” will be shown in IMAX.
