Some exciting new stills from “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” have been released, and once again they’ve been unveiled on Twitter.
Marc Webb, who has been the most active “Amazing Spider-Man 2” member on Twitter, unveiled a new look at Jamie Foxx as Electro. Here he is shown as Max Dillon, seemingly before his transformation into the movie’s villain. He definitely looks different than the blue version we saw last week.
The other big Twitter reveal is of Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn. “Ladies & Gentleman, FanBoys & FanGirls of all ages: I give you The #Amazing Harry Osborn,” he tweeted. While we don’t know how Harry will necessarily act as a character in this movie, he certainly looks like a sharped dress man.
“The Amazing Spider-Man 2” stars Andrew Garfield, Jamie Foxx, DeHaan, Colm Feore, Felicity Jones, Paul Giamatti, BJ Novak and Sally Field. Foxx is playing Electro, DeHaan is Harry Osborn and Woodley is Mary Jane Watson. The movie comes out on May 2, 2014. Here’s the official synopsis:
In “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.
