It’s been five long years since Rockstar Games released the boundary-pushing “Grand Theft Auto 4.” Since that time, fans of the series have only had a brief (but gorgeous) trailer for the game’s sequel to wet their appetites.
Thankfully, Rockstar Games decided to end their silence today by quietly releasing two beautiful screenshots. In a Q&A post with their community today, Rockstar stated: “We just have not been in a position to show more of the game than the trailer and will not be for a while yet. We did, however, manage to sneak a quick screenshot out for you.”
The screenshot (above) depicts a helicopter flying above Los Angeles-inspired city where “Grand Theft Auto V” will take place. Rockstar Games also decided to post the photo below, stating: “Of course our art team said that no single shot could encapsulate the game properly, so they gave us another…”
