The holly jolly Kanye West Christmas song that popped up online isn’t a finished version, just a leak according to EW. You wouldn’t know to hear it though, with Kanye and accomplices caroling on a track called “Christmas In Harlem,” it doesn’t sound like it’s lacking any necessary production or Yuletide cheer.
It’s also pretty great, as far as goofy holiday songs go, I’ve got to hand it to Kanye again on a job well done. After an intro by Teyana Taylor that’s all mistletoe and kisses, Kanye breaks in and naughties it up talking about:
Rushin’ for the mall, don’t trip, you know I drive crazy
The streets lit up, it feel like Christmas officially
Told her that “You the star at the top of my Christmas tree”
My only question is, “Where my presents?”
She said, “Shhh,” she got a gift for me that ain’t for the kids to see
Well, I like the way you think, mami
Now pour some more eggnog in you drink, mami
Got a surprise for you that ain’t on your Christmas list’s
Gave her the hot chocolate, she said, “It’s Dee-ricious”
Have a listen to the rough cut:

Update: That track was blocked by UMG. Here’s an alt upload that has a totally different mix.
